Corporate Teams Challenge

"Break the work routine and help to take a step closer to a healthier lifestyle!"

The Enterprise Challenge is suitable for both large and small organizations. Participating in a movement event as a team strengthens relationships between colleagues, promotes the mental and physical well-being of employees, and makes the entire team stronger, thereby growing the potential of the entire company. Eesti Energia Sports Club

"Since you are the biggest recreational sports competition in Estonia, with the best organization and a suitable location for us (Tallinn, Narva), we are usually out with a tent at your events so that the brand is visible.

It is important to participate in motion events, as the main goal of our sports club is to cultivate, develop and maintain exercise habits and create opportunities for an active lifestyle. We also encourage less active employees to move and create a nice team feeling at the competition venue."

Roman Fosti

Head of the Eesti Energia Sports Club

Saku Läte

"Saku Läte focuses on caring. It is important for Saku Läte to offer employees the opportunity to participate in recreational sports events in order to raise awareness of exercise and health.

Jooks.ee events are a pleasant and fun joint activity for our team, as a result of which many colleagues have started practicing sports regularly!

Once or a few times a year, it's good for the whole team from all over Estonia to get together at a sports event!"

Käo Support Centre ja Käo Basic School

"The staff of Käo Support Centre and Käo Basic school are sporty people. We also try to create opportunities for active moment in the work environment and encourage each other to be consistently active. We have been participating in the Tallinn Marathon and May Run as a team for quite a few years.  Some of our team members have been participating individually for over 25 years, etc.

In the beginning, there were few participants within the team, but over the years the number of participants has increased, the team's support and motivation is effective, and even before the events are advertised, colleagues are asking if we are participating this year aswell! Healthy exercise is highly valued by us, both for the sake of the staff and the service recipients. We have also held sports days in our centers together with service recipients.

Separately, we would like to point out that during the difficult corona time, when the May Run could only be completed virtually, we also participated in the virtual run together with the team. In the Pääsküla bog, we organized a 7 km joint start for walking, nordic walking and running, and everyone later uploaded their time to the participants' portal.

In April, as part of the heart month, we have mapped our active activities and later raffled off prizes. Be it for running, nordic walking, log splitting or playing ball with children. Those who have already gained experience from running (nordic walking, walking) events also participate individually in other recreational sports events, e.g. Night run, City run series, etc.

Participating in the 10 km distance of the Tallinn Marathon is already a higher level, that is, those who join for the first time have come with a little awe, but on the background of a good experience, the next start has followed, etc. It is important for us to work together with the team outside of working hours, everyone chooses the pace themselves, it is important that the feeling of well-being remains good from start to finish. Timed competitors also feel a bit of a test in strength, but this just adds spice and motivates them to exercise before the running event.

We are very satisfied with the organization and the general sporting atmosphere. In addition, we have also taken our children or grandchildren to run, who then participate in different distances according to their age. Supporting the payment of the participation fee by the institution is a statement of attention and recognition for the team, which confirms the value of sports and healthy movement. An employee who exercises is healthier, happier and more optimistic, that's for sure! And it is especially important that the team spirit stays stronger!"

The North Estonia Medical Centre

As they say, a healthy mind in a healthy body.

"The North Estonia Medical Centre is a top-level medical centre and a spokesperson for health issues, which is why the employees here are the most aware of the value of health. Hospital's hard-working team includes many sports lifestyle enthusiasts who know that exercise helps to keep health strong and the mind alert. Everyone has found their favorite way to enjoy exercise. There are those who run or walk in the forest, those who play volleyball or table tennis, there are also those who climb the rock wall or accumulate kilometers in the saddle.

Every euro invested in the health of employees brings back several. That is why the Regional Hospital supports the participation of its employees in various recreational sports events.

Since 86% of the North Estonia Medical Centre's hard-working team is made up of women, we consider the May Run to be the highlight of the sports year, where numerous "red shirts" of the Regional Hospital take part every year. Traditionally, on March 8th, Women's Day, an invitation to all women to participate in the top spring recreational sports event is published on the Regional Hospital's intranet. The number of interested people has never been disappointing, sports sneakers are put on by nearly 300 female employees, among whom are those aiming for top-level running results and also lively walking groups.

With great honor, the Regional Hospital has received the trophy for the company with the largest number of participants for several consecutive years. The May Run is an important sports tradition that makes employees' eyes shine and increases the "feeling of us".

The male employees of the Regional Hospital also exercise. The entire team can show their agile feet or simply the desire to move together at the Tallinn Marathon. In addition to the participants of the Autumn Run, among the employees of the Regional Hospital there are also those enthusiasts who undertake a half-marathon or even a marathon. Also at the biggest sports event of the fall, the Regional Hospital has won the trophy of the company with the largest number of participants. There are usually around 200 participants at the Tallinn Marathon events.

Neither the May Run nor the Tallinn Marathon are just runs for the North Estonia Medical Centre, the joy of being together and growing the feeling of "we" are also important. The Regional Hospital is traditionally present at both events with its tent, which is the headquarters of the "red shirts". There is always a photographer who captures all the participants of the Regional Hospital in the big picture. They warm up together and relax stiff muscles when coming off the track, and to the delight of the employees, a masseur has also been invited. In the tent, refreshments from the company are provided for the finishers, with which it is nice to share impressions from the track with colleagues."

2024 races here we come :)

East Tallinn Central Hospital

"As an institution in the field of health care, we at East Tallinn Central Hospital understand well that exercise has a positive effect on both physical and mental ability. The good feeling that comes from exercising increases energy and reduces work stress, not to mention countless physical advantages. In addition, self-esteem increases, which in turn helps to achieve professional and personal goals more easily.

However, exercising also has an important social aspect - doing something together brings people closer together and allows us to be role models for each other, and most importantly - exercising together strengthens the sense of belonging. At East Tallinn Central Hospital, we believe that the more our people move together, the better mutual understanding is and the busier we are on a daily basis. We are increasingly seeing the positive impact of working together on work culture, and this encourages us to further promote exercising.

The LHV May Run and the Tallinn Marathon stand out primarily for their high level of organization and invite East Tallinn Central Hospital sports fans to participate more and more."

ETS NORD

"ETS NORD's participation in May Runs and Tallinn Marathons has become a tradition. Because those who have already participated once, want to come next year as well, and this is how the number of our sports enthusiasts has grown every year.

Our company's greatest asset is our people, and participating in movement events is a good way to contribute to the health and well-being of employees. We always encourage everyone to take part in jooks.ee events and we do not set limits on the distance or the way of passing - if you want, walk, if you want, run.

We are a good example of how sport brings people together and makes eys shine when the finish line is crossed. And most importantly - positive emotions will always be remembered from these events. For years."
