⭐️ RACE OFFICE - START MATERIALS 

LHV Women's Run starting materials can be picked up from the secretariat at the Tallinn Song Festival Ground (1st floor) on three days:

  • Thursday, May 16, from 10:00 to 19:00
  • Friday, May 17, from 10:00 to 19:00
  • Saturday, May 18, from 10:00 onwards until 30 minutes before the start

Please collect your starting materials as early as possible!

The BIB's hand out ends 30 minutes before the start. Get your BIB out as early as possible!

NB! You need to know your start number, which you can find in the start list. You will need an identity document to get your starting materials. If you have registered as a group, please ask your group contact person how you can get your starting materials.

NB! You will receive the Tallink travel offer along with your starting materials! Make sure you have received all the necessary items.

 

⭐️ RINGO

In cooperation with the reusable packaging provider Ringo, we only use reusable packaging in the competition center. Please note that all plates, lunch boxes, drinking cups, knives and forks must be placed in the yellow collection bins after use.

 

⭐️ START

LHV Women's Run 7K start is at 13:00.

Please enter the start corridor according to your start group, which is indicated on your BIB.

 

Starting groups for 7K:

A – run with timing

B – run without timing

C – walk with timing

D – walk without timing

 

⭐️ BIB - TIMING KEEPING

Only entrants with the official BIB for LHV Women's Run 2024 will be permitted to compete in the race.

BIB must be pinned to the front of the T-shirt and must be visible throughout the race. BIB is personal. Only competitor registered under a specific BIB may compete.

For timed distances, timekeeping is electronic, which is attached on the back of your BIB. Do not fold or bend your BIB in any way! In case of damaged timing device your result may not be recorded. Do not cover the BIB with your hand while finishing, otherwise the result may not be recorded.

 

⭐️ COURSE

Be sure to familiarize yourself with the course map.

There is one refershment station on the 7K route, where you can get water from cups of the reusable packaging provider company Ringo. After use, the cup must be placed in the designated collection box.

Only participants with a BIB are allowed on the course. Unauthorised persons are not allowed on the course.

Participating with baby strollers or pets is not permitted. For safety reasons, participants must obey the instructions of traffic controllers and judges.

 

 

⭐️ FINISH

Finish is at Tallinn Song Festival Grounds.

The finish will close at 15:00. After the finish, do not stop, but continue along the finish corridor. After the finish all participants will be given a medal and a bottle of Aura lightly carbonated water with added magnesium.

There are collection boxes for safety pins in the race office and gear check where you can return the safety pins after the run.

 

⭐️ MEDAL

All participants who complete the 7K main distance or participate in the Limpa kids' runs will receive a medal inspired by cherry blossoms.

 

⭐️ BONUSES

All finishers will receive a goody bag from the secretariat on presentation of their BIB.

The partner bonuses for all participants of the main LHV Women's Run distance can be found by logging into the jooks.ee Customer Portal.

 

⭐️ SPRING CONCERT - AWARD CEREMONY

The Smilers performs a big spring concert for the participants of the LHV Women's Run.

On the 7K distance 3 fastest will be awarded. Award will be given to the company with the highest number of participants.

 

⭐️ CHANGING FACILITIES - GEAR CHECK - TOILETS

At the competition centre you can get dressed and leave your personal belongings. Gear check and changing rooms are on the second floor of the main building. Only items that have been packed in a bag will be accepted. Loose items/clothes will not be accepted.

The use of the outdoor toilets and the Oru and Mere toilets on the Song Festival Grounds is free of charge.

 

⭐️ SHOWER FACILITIES

Washing facilities are available on the 3rd floor of the T1 shopping centre (Peterburi tee 2), next to the gyms.

 

 

⭐️ TRAFFIC - PARKING 

The organisers recommend coming to Tallinn Song Festival Grounds on foot, by bike or by public transport.

The bicycle parking is located at the Mere area of Song Festival Grounds. Bring your bike lock!

You can park your car free of charge in the large car park at the Estonian Fairs or in the surrounding paid car parks.

⭐️ FREE PUBLIC TRANSPORT

For all participants of the LHV Women's, Tallinn public transport will be free on May 16 to 18, 2024.

A QR ticket must be validated at the bottom of the rectangular orange validator located at the front door of the public transport vehicle: place the QR code displayed on a smart device screen or printed on paper in front of the code reader screen situated at the lower part of the rectangular validator.

⭐️ LIMPA KIDS' RACES

 

The Limpa Kids' Races will take place on Saturday, 18 May at Tallinn Song Festival Grounds as part of the LHV Women's Run. The distance is about 350 m and children aged 2–12 years are welcome.

Pre-registration:

  • Pre-registration is available in the Customer Portal until Friday, 17 May at 17:00.
  • Pre-registered children can pick up their BIB on the day of the race, 18 May, from the children's area in front of the singins arch, between 10:30–14:00.
  • The organisers recommend arriving about 30 minutes before the start of your age group.

 

On-site Registration at the Song Festival Grounds:

  • On-site registration is in the children's area in front of the singing arch.
  • To register, you must fill in a registration form.

All participants will receive a medal and a Limpa drink at the finish.
